But these gummies actually deliver a noticeable uplifting energy, it takes about 15 to 30 minutes to feel I'd say. I've finished half of the packet so far and I can say these are definitely a better alternative to caffeine for me. I don't have to worry about taking a gummy and then having trouble falling asleep 8 hours later like with an energy drink.
